Breakfast is the most important meal every day. Unfortunately, many of us neglect breakfast. And there is ample evidence to show that the body and mind will suffer unless we have a healthy breakfast each morning.
On average we spend six to eight hours for sleep. After waking up, your body will need energy to continue the activity. Without breakfast at home, usually our choice to meet the many and too many nutrients choose Yeng high sugary, high fat and high carbohydrate but even unhealthy. And, to make matters worse we will be happy to choose fast food (Fast Food) which makes us more comfortable because there is so much time consuming to prepare because sometimes we are thinking also that others do the same. Though just simply take up to 15 minutes every morning you are able to prepare a healthy breakfast food in the morning in your own home.

If you are the type of people who skip breakfast, Hopefully this is the solution to start the day with a good breakfast that will help you stay fresh and can give you a natural energy boost to start your day.

1. Oatmeal - This food is made into a good hot meal that contains a lot of fiber to fill the stomach and keep you from feeling hungry after getting up in the morning. Depending on your taste, you can take five minutes to cook on the stove or use the microwave for instant oatmeal. Children tend to love the variety of flavors are added to the instant oatmeal. The night before, put up in containers of fruits such as blueberries, strawberries and bananas that can be sprinkled on top for a little taste and add the benefits of antioxidant power.
2. Fruit Smoothie - This is good every morning but also good on a hot day. You live mix all the ingredients together in the morning, but the preparatory work can be done at night. Cut the fruit into cubes and place into containers. Do not think frozen yogurt in the morning, use 1 cup of plain yogurt. Add ice cubes, a little water and mix.
3. Egg Sandwich - Eggs can be cooked the night before and placed in a sealed container. In the morning, heat the eggs in the microwave. If you want, add some chopped vegetables or shredded cheese. Serve toasted wheat bread. The night before, prepare two pieces of bread in a plastic bag for each family member. They can toast them when they wake up and put a sandwich in the bag to facilitate them on the way, the car to work or school.
4. Yogurt with granola and fruit - Some people like to eat yogurt. But, yogurt by itself is not going to keep you from feeling hungry. Add some granola and some blueberries to the mix. This could be a good idea to have breakfast early in the morning when you are late or in a hurry. Place the small bag of granola and blueberries in the fridge next to the yogurt so you can take it all in at the same time.
5. Omelet and vegetables. Very easy to make an omlet, with omelets you can meet the protein, fat and fiber from vegetables. You can add a little bit of pepper diced into your omelet. Simply take the time to 15 minutes. On the night before you can prepare a beaten egg and vegetable pieces, store in refrigerator.
